The following disclaimer is provided for your information and for legal reasons in accordance with the current Australian Legislation.

Please read through this page before making an appointment or a payment. By making an appointment and or a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions set forth below.

My Responsibility

Apple Wang, a professionally trained spiritual healer, Reiki practitioner, hypnotherapist, and a yogini aims to offer the swiftest transformation achievable in the least possible time so you can move on with your life. She will collaborate with you to provide the best help possible in the time-frame that is agreeable to you. Her top priority is to promote awareness and wellbeing, foster a spiritual connection, provide clarity and alleviate of physical and emotional pain.

Your Commitment 

The therapy process is a partnership. We will work with your body, emotions and both conscious and subconscious mind, yet you set the intentions, the preparation you make and the actions you take are critical to achieve your desired outcome. In this partnership, it is my responsibility to guide you through a process and it is your responsibility to follow up and follow through the steps with earnest diligence. 

Reschedule and Cancellation of Appointments (events/classes/workshops excluded)

Zentopia Healing and its affiliated partners has a 48 hours reschedule and cancellation policy. If you change or cancel your appointment 48 hours before your appointment, there will be no penalty. If you reschedule, miss or cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, no deposit will be refunded. If you cancel your free consultation appointment in less than 48 hours, no more free consultation will be given. All future consultation appointment will be charged at the rate of $111 per hour on 30 minutes a block basis. If you cancel your appointment the second time with less than 48 hours notice, a full amount of the appointment fee of $55.5 will be charged. If you cancel your appointment the third time regardless if you meet the 48 hours notice threshold, no further appointment will be given.

Failure to attend your appointment is a strong indicator that you are not ready to embark your spiritual healing journey. We encourage and recommend you to read through our website thoroughly and use the free resources available from our Facebook Page, Instagram and YouTube Channel until you are more ready to engage a healing session with Apple Wang.

Hypnotherapy 

Zentopia Healing works with you to hypnotise your for the purposes of enhancing your overall physical, emotional and mental well-being and for future purposes that you may request (if appropriate). The success of hypnosis depends greatly on the your ability to relax, your trust, your serious level of participation, your ability to follow instructions, and your desire to create change/s in yourself. Zentopia Healing cannot offer any guarantee of the success of any sessions. However Zentopia Healing will do everything reasonably within our best power and ability to ensure your success.

When you choose a hypnotherapist, it is important for you to trust her 100%. Hypnotherapy is a trust and relaxation exercise, and a natural state of being and a process of self-learning. It is not our job to prove what we can do as all hypnosis are self-hypnosis. That is you allow the healing to take place, you consent to follow the instructions, you fully trust your therapist to guide you and walk through your spiritual healing journey and you are ready to make the change and to reap the success that you deserve and desire.  

Healing Package

If you are quoted with a package price, the package price applies only if the full amount of the quoted fee is paid upfront or at your first appointment with Apple Wang. Otherwise the individual session price applies. 

The package price paid covers only the number of appointments quoted to you with the key issues being discussed and made known to Apple Wang prior to the package's commencement.  All package sessions are to be completed within the quoted time frame. Any remaining sessions that are not being used or needed shall be forfeited unless compassionate ground of reasons are given, such as physically unfit for the appointment, severe illness or death of family members. No refund will be given under any circumstances. 

Pausing of the healing program is not permitted unless for the same compassionate reasons stated above. Tentative pausing of the agreed healing program shall only be permitted when a written request via email is received. 

Any additional appointments or any new issues will be charged at individual session price as indicated on Zentopia Healing and Apple Wang Hypnosis websites. Therefore, it is utterly critical to remain open and honest to yourself and to your therapist. 

Hypnotherapy works for everyone, but work differently for everyone at different pace because all hypnosis is self-hypnosis. It is vital for you to follow the process and watch the preparation videos that Apple sets in place to ensure your success. Hypnotherapy is a natural state of being, it does not provide the same experience equivalent to a psychedelic experience or a supernatural experience. Those are unnatural experiences facilitated by external force or substance, hypnosis is purely focus on connecting the resources within, no external forces or substance are added in the process. 

Recording

Engaging with Zentopia Healing indicates your willingness and consent to be recorded during your hypnotherapy session/s. Copies will be given to you for your home practice and healing reference. Please provide us your USB thumb drive where we can transfer a copy of the file(s). We may also send the file via email either as an attachment or by sharing with you a link.  Please take note that by doing so, we cannot guarantee the privacy and security of the file/s shared through the online medium. All recordings and information are strictly kept confidential and will not be released to any third party in any way unless except when required by state or federal law, or in the case of civil legal proceedings.  In the event that you specifically agree and consent to release your recordings on the media for general public educational purpose, a written consent form needs to be signed and returned. You also understand that Zentopia Healing retains the copyrights of these copies. If misplace of lost files occur due to your own omission, Zentopia Healing endeavours our best to provide an additional copy. However, computer or systematic errors such as corrupted files or hacking do occur that is out of our control, hence may prevent you from receiving a requested file. 

Reiki

You (the participant) understand that Reiki Energy Healing/Energy Clearing is a simple, gentle, hands-on energy technique that is used to promote stress reduction and relaxation. You (participant) acknowledge that Healing practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. You (participant) understand that Reiki Energy Healing/Energy Clearing does not take the place of medical advice and/or treatment. It is further advised that you (participant) consult a licensed medical doctor for any physical or psychological ailment you may have. You (participant) understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so; relaxation and stress reduction are often beneficial. You (participant) acknowledge that long term imbalances in the body often require multiple sessions in order to facilitate and restore balance within the body. You (participant) understand that any discomfort, pain or reaction to this session is part of your body’s response and not caused by Zentopia Healing. You (participant) hereby accept that there shall be no liability on Zentopia Healing should adverse effects be experienced.

Reading

Zentopia Healing is under legal obligation to make you aware that all information given to you during a reading/intuitive session are for entertainment purposes only and no liability will be accepted by Zentopia Healing for neither any actions taken resulting from a reading or information provided, nor consequences of such action which may or may not arise from the results.

Readings/intuitive sessions offered by Zentopia Healing are intended to offer insight into a person’s personal life and offer inspiration and encouragement. The information provided is for guidance only. What you decide to do with the information given to you, including any actions you take, is down to your own personal responsibility and choice. All readings/intuitive sessions and questions answered do not in any way constitute legal, financial, medical, professional or business advice, and are subject to your own interpretation and judgement.

By engaging in a reading/intuitive session with Zentopia Healing you understand that she will not diagnose illnesses or offer answers to questions about pregnancy or death.

Meditation

The classes and workshops offered by Zentopia Healing have been designed to assist you (participant) to learn skills in order to manage day to day stress, build resilience to stress, enhance well-being, and improve one’s overall effectiveness in day to day work and life.

The classes on offer from Zentopia Healing are not intended as a substitute for consultation and treatment from a qualified and registered heath-care provider or health service. If you have concerns about your mental or physical health. If you are experiencing problems with mental health (e.g., anxiety, depression, insomnia etc) or some other form of illness, then we recommend you immediately consult either your physician, doctor, psychologist or allied health care professional first (whichever is appropriate), before deciding on whether to embark on the path of Meditation. In the case of mental health or physical illness, mindfulness/meditation classes should not be considered as an alternative to professional assessment and regular treatment under an appropriately qualified and registered health care practitioner or service.

Zentopia Healing does not take any responsibility for any adverse experiences or consequences that may arise for an individual during or after attending our classes/workshops/Downloads if they have not sought appropriate professional advice and treatment in regard to any concerns they have about their health. It is always the primary responsibility of the individual attending our classes/workshops or listening to our downloads to seek appropriate assessment, advice, support, and treatment from a qualified health professional if they have concerns about their health.

Legal Disclaimer

Zentopia Healing does not, cannot and will not dispense any medical advice or prescribe any use of any technique as a replacement of your medical treatment by your doctor and / or other health professionals either directly or indirectly. Apple Wang is not a medical professional. All healing services given by Apple Wang are not to be used by you in place of any medical advice, diagnosis or treatment from professionals in the health and medical care fields. Services offer by Apple do not constitute diagnosis and treatment of any medical conditions, nor it constitute legal, business or financial advice. It is further advised that you (participant) consult a licensed medical doctor for any physical or psychological ailment you may have. 

You (participant) understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so; relaxation and stress reduction are often beneficial. You (participant) acknowledge that long term imbalances in the body often require multiple sessions in order to facilitate and restore balance within the body. You (participant) understand that any discomfort, pain or reaction to this session is part of your body’s response and not caused by the practitioner facilitating a healing activity. You (participant) hereby accept that there shall be no liability on the practitioner should adverse effects be experienced.

Our intention is to offer a variety of information, insight, services and tools to help you (participant) in your quest for spiritual growth, emotional and physical well-being enhancement. You (participant) are responsible for your own choices and actions. You must be 18 years old or above to engage a session or a legal guardian must be present and provide full consent in order to engage with Zentopia Healing services. 

Zentopia Healing will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of this website or as a result of any healing activities with Zentopia Healing or any persons or events related thereto, and or any actions or decisions that you may take as a result, including without limitation, actual, incidental and or consequential damages resulting from any claims resulting from any act or omission, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation or otherwise, including without limitation, personal injury, death, stress (emotional or otherwise), errors or omissions, or otherwise. 

Therapeutic results may vary. Engaging with Zentopia Healing's services does not constitute a guaranteed result. 

Risks

Depending on the type of personality or the serious level of your challenges, some of the healing modalities such as hypnotherapy can be an intense process as this focuses on the healing that can bring suppressed memories or old emotions. Thus, there may be times that you may be guided slowly to achieve realistic goals. 

Rest assured, Apple Wang endeavours to provide you with a secure and safe environment, in order to enable you to experience the quickest transformation achievable, within the boundaries of the Australian legal system.

Without your proper understanding and perception of hypnosis and hypnotherapy, we cannot guarantee that hypnotherapy works for everyone or happens at the same pace as others. There are those who show progress slower than others. 

All hypnosis is self-hypnosis, that is you give permission to the therapist to help you to relax, let go and negotiate with the conscious mind to sit on the passenger seat as an observer not an interferer. 

Results Policy

Apple Wang Hypnosis does not warrant or guarantee any specific level of performance or results. Example of results obtained for other clients of Zentopia Healing and Apple Wang Hypnosis may be used as a marketing tool and shown to Client for demonstrative purposes only and should not be construed by Client as indicating any promised results or level of results.

However, Apple Wang Hypnosis will endeavour the best effort possible to assist you with: 

1. Removing energetic blocks
2. Identifying the root causes of your challenges
3. Interrupting the pain cycle
4. Establishing coping mechanism
5. Moving forward
6. Letting go of the past
7. Building confidence
8. Becoming aware of your life purposes
9. Releasing past trauma
10. Understanding the way things are

It is with immense pride that to date, our clients queries are always answered and they walk away with a great sense of clarity, peace, abundance, confidence, and happiness. 

Price

Once you accept the initial quote or made an online booking (whichever takes precedent), that rate remains. Zentopia Healing reserves its right to change all prices listed on Zentopia Healing and Apple Wang Hypnosis website at its sole discretion without any prior notice. 

Promotion

All promotions are valid before the indicated expiry date. Should you receive two different rates in relation to one particular service, only the lower price will apply.

Deposit

Deposit is due at the time of booking to hold your place. This deposit is strictly non-refundable unless otherwise indicated.

Our Total Liability (applicable to bookings only)

If you are a consumer as defined in the ACL, the following applies to you: We guarantee that the services we supply to you are rendered with due care and skill; fit for the purpose that we advertise, or that you have told us you are acquiring the services for or for a result which you have told us you wish the services achieve, unless we consider and disclose that this purpose is not achievable; and will be supplied within a reasonable time. To the extent we are unable to exclude liability; our total liability for loss or damage you suffer or incur from our services is limited to us re-supplying the services to you, or, at our option, us refunding to you the amount you have paid us for the services to which your claim relates.

Cancellation Policy for Events/Workshops/Classes

As you can appreciate, running a small business is at times tricky and challenging. Many of the events/workshops/classes run by Zentopia Healing and Apple Wang Hypnosis are crafted and tailored for intimate groups with specific interests and gifts. As such it is at most difficulties to find replacement participants at short notice. An Event/Workshop Cancellation policy exists to ensure that workshops/event can still go ahead for the benefit of other participants but also not run at a loss if participants pull out after the event is scheduled and confirmed.

The Facilitator Cancels An Event:

100% Refund including Deposit Refund.

Substitution

If, after booking an event you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place so long as they meet the criteria of the workshop/event. Please advise substitutions in writing so a correct name tag will be available on registration.

Return, Refund and Exchange Policy for Workshops, Events, Retreat Programs & Classes. 

1. Cancellation more than 45 days before the event: 100% Balance Refund, Deposit Non-Refundable
2. Cancellation less than 45 days, but more than 30 days: 75% of Balance Refund, Deposit Non-Refundable
3. Cancellation less than 30 days, but no more than 15 days: 50% of Balance Refund, Deposit Non-Refundable
4. Cancellation less than 14 days: 25% of Balance Refund, Deposit Non-Refundable
5. Cancellation less than 7 days: No Refund
6. Cancellation must be in writing.

In the event that you have registered to attend but made arrangements to pay on the day and you are not able to attend, then please note that you are still liable to the above mentioned terms and conditions of the Cancellation Policy. An invoice will be forwarded to you with the amount owing.

This cancellation policy is not applicable with regard to Travel/Retreats, see terms and conditions on specific trip for cancellation policy.

Products:

1. We do not provide refunds for any of our products, including downloadable products, for change of mind.
2. If you believe your product is faulty and wish to seek repair, replacement or a refund for a product, you must return the product to us within 7 business days of receiving the product.
3. If you are entitled to a refund, we will only give you the refund once evidence of faulty product is received by us, or we have received the product at our and inspected it and assessed whether it is eligible for a refund under the Terms. Any refund we make will be by the same payment method used to purchase the product.
4. Subject to this clause, we will not accept for return any product that has been used, connected, installed, attempted to be connected or installed, or if your product is custom-made or is a special buy product.
5. It is your responsibility to adequately package the product you are returning to ensure that it is not damage during return delivery to our warehouse.
6. You have a duty of care for the product while it is in your possession. If you damage products, then subsequently return the products, you may be liable to pay to repair the product to its original condition. In these circumstances, where a repair is not economically viable, no refund will be made.

Confidentiality

Your confidentiality and privacy is paramount and the Australian Privacy Act is what governs the confidentiality of your information. Your name, all information you provide and the details of your sessions will be strictly kept confidential and will not be shared unless written consent has been given to do so or ordered by a court of law.

Recordings

The participant may record the reading/intuitive sessions on their own device. If this reading/intuitive session is recorded there is no responsibility taken by Zentopia Healing for the quality or any issues of failure to the recording. Many times due to the energy, the recording devices fail to work or transfer.

Any recordings (audio or video) may not be distributed or published publicly without the express written and signed consent of Apple Wang.

Zentopia Healing will record your hypnotherapy sessions for your well-being reference. Zentopia Healing will not distribute or publish any of your hypnotherapy recordings without the express written and signed consent by you.

Termination of Service

Zentopia Healing retains the right to leave the Reading / Intuitive session or Energy Healing / Energy Clearing / Massage / Hypnosis / Meditation session at any time if we are made to feel uncomfortable and clients will have this same right.

Zentopia Healing has the right to terminate the session/consultation should the connection not feel strong enough. The client also has the right to terminate the session in the first 10 minutes without being charged should the session not be appropriate for them.

Australian Consumer Law

Certain legislation, including the ACL in the Consumer and Competition Act 2010 (Cth), and similar consumer protection laws and regulations may confer you with rights, warranties, guarantees and remedies relating to the provision of services by us to you which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified (Statutory Rights). Nothing in the Terms limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions implied or imposed by law, including the ACL or any liability under the ACL, which by law may not be limited or excluded.

We exclude all implied conditions and warranties except for your Statutory Rights, to the extent permitted by law, including but not limited to:

1. we expressly disclaim any implied or express guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions of any kind, which are not stated in these Terms;
2. we do not warrant that the Site or your access to the Site will be error free, that any defects will be corrected or that the Site or the server which stores and transmits material to you are free of viruses or any other harmful components;
3. we take no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the Site or any of our products and/or services being unavailable; and
4. we will not be liable for any loss, damage, costs including legal costs, or expense whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential and/or incidental, including loss of profits, revenue, production, opportunity, access to markets, goodwill, reputation, use or any indirect, remote, abnormal or unforeseeable loss, or any loss or damage relating to business interruption, loss of programs or other data on your information systems or costs of replacement goods, or otherwise, suffered by you or claims made against you, arising out of or in connection with the Site, inability to access or use the Site, the products, the services, the late supply of products, or the Terms, even if we were expressly advised of the likelihood of such loss or damage.
