Held at the serene Healing House at the Anglican Manse in Norton Summit, these sessions are a gentle invitation to return to your body, breath, and inner presence.
All levels are welcome — whether you’re beginning your journey or deepening your practice, you’ll be held in a safe, heart-centered space.
Weekly Schedule:
📿 Tuesday | 6:00 PM – Evening Meditation Circle (by donation)
🌄 Saturday | 8:00 AM – Alternative week for Hatha or Kundalini Yoga ($20 or $55 for 3 classes)
